Minecraft dungeons dlc not working?

I linked my microsoft account to minecraft dungeons for nintendo switch (i already had the dlc) but in-game the dlc doesn't show up and i can't play it, and when I try to purchase it by going to the nintendo eShop via the game it tells me i already purchased the dlc. Is there a way for to to refund the dlc or get the dlc back?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

In this case, kindly uninstall and reinstall the game along with the games and add-ons in that way your game data will re-sync.

If that still didn't work you may need to reach out to Nintendo support so they can validate your license for the DLC if you have purchased it on their store but if you have purchased it inside the game reaching out to Mojang will be the best option.

If you do not have this already, we recommend that you download the Minecraft Launcher from the MS Store onto your PC. When it is downloaded, please sign in with your Microsoft Account that you used to purchase the Minecraft DLC Bundle. After you are signed in, you can select the "Minecraft Dungeons" option from the left pane and play. You can also view the DLC from within the Minecraft Dungeons page in the launcher by selecting the "DLC" option from the top ribbon.

Additionally, we recommend that you visit these two support articles from Mojang that discuss Minecraft Dungeon FAQ and Dungeon DLC FAQ. If you have any other questions or issues with launching this content, we recommend that you contact Mojang Support and submit a request.

You cannot redeem code on Minecrafty Dungeons site. I tried it and it didn't work. It worked on Microsoft store site, i can see in microsoft store, that i have Minecraft Dungeons. On Minecraft Dungeons site it still shows i have to buy it

From what I see on my end, this may be a glitch, and you may want to contact Microsoft for a refund of the DLC. I don't have the option to purchase the DLC at all. I hope this can get resolved!
