    Hi ...

    This is my first post so bear with me ! Im also new to Xbox haha !

    We bought my daughter the special xbox minecraft bundle for Christmas and it also came with a Builders Pack. I installed it over the christmas and since then, when we have tried to set a world up in any of these extra worlds - it says we cant save it as
    its a trial version .... but its not !!! We should have them !!!

    Can anyonr advise if its something Im doing wrong or is this a known issue ??

    I had the exact same problem but with the fallout pack. I bought it, then clicked download - nothing. I have no idea why it is happening!

    What is the problem with redeeming minecraft online ?

    Hello,

    The problem now is that I can download the launcher but the minecraft for window which you need to download the game mode, have an error everytime i try to download. Now is that the app of minecraft for window is impossible to download so i cannot do any repair on it,

    And for the payment it is Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC so i dot know what is the problem with this that make me cannot download the minecraft for window

    Thanks for getting in touch. I'm Mason, an Xbox Ambassador, and a Microsoft user like you. Hopefully I can help with your question.

    If you are looking at downloading the Bedrock version of Minecraft, you should open the Windows store on your PC, search Minecraft, and there you will be able to purchase and download it directly.

    If you are looking at downloading the Java version of Minecraft, you should go here: Download Minecraft: Find Redownloading Options | Minecraft - you will be able to purchase and download too.
