Unfortunately, there is no way to revert to a previous update as there is no function on the console to do so being that you may only choose to update the console to the most recent update along with the most recent update for games.

If you are talking about Minecraft: Xbox One Edition. No, it's not possible to downgrade to that version. Your only option would be to purchase the disc version of that game.
