Minecraft doesn't work for my kids profiles

    Minecraft doesn't work for my kids profiles


    We bought minecraft for the Xbox one in the online store from the console. It only however works when I'm logged in, not when my kids are logged in and I"m not. Since i have restrictions on their usage (they have permission for the rating level of Minecraft)
    but not on mine, I don't want them playing under my profile all the time. Any idea how i get this fixed?

    how come i cant log into another profile on my xbox one

    all of a sudden my kids cant log into their profile on the xbox one. nothing i do will work, can anyone help me out on this. please, my kids want to play their minecraft but cant log into their profiles, I keep getting told there is something wrong, but
    cant find anything.

    Do I have to sign in to my Live account ever time my kids want to play a downloaded game I bought?

    I bought the downloaded Minecraft for my XBOX 360. I created separate profiles for my kids but it appears that I have to sign in to my Live account every time my kids want to play it. Is this because MS has to verify that I bought it? Is there a work-around
    for this? Should I have bought the disc version?

    Your Minecraft account must have migrated to a Microsoft account. In order to locate your account, you will need to find the Microsoft account to which your Minecraft account was migrated to.

    Note: For Minecraft account migration FAQs you can see them here at this link:

    In this case, kindly access all of your known email addresses on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History.

    If you can see the Minecraft transaction/order number there, which means that is the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated. You can use the Microsoft account to log in to your Minecraft launcher.

    If you're unable to see any Minecraft transactions under your order history, check your other email addresses' order history to find the correct Microsoft account.
