    Minecraft doesn't go online.


    I have Minecraft java on my pc.

    It won't go online. I have changed my Xbox privacy settings to allow the online stuff.

    I am also not in any family group.

    Please help.

    What exactly is the error message you get there? Does the issue happen to your other games or just Minecraft: Jave Edition?

    Exactly the same problem here. My son can play Fifa 14 etc. online, but when he tries to play Minecraft he gets the message that he can't play online games. We've tried resetting the teen setting, and Blocking then Allowing online play but Minecraft still
    doesn't work.

    SO UPSET!!!

    Can't you play this with out going online, and if that is the case then it is just a check mark on the minecraft start menu, I play with my daughter and she doesn't have a gold account she is silver which everyone gets when they set up an xbox account. Thought
    I would throw that out there as long as you don't have to go online (since you are all on the same network) then no more money.
