Minecraft does not start

    Minecraft does not start


    I purchased minecraft for windows 10. When I click on Install Play, it spins and then come back to the page where it ask me to purchase the game again. I was never able to open it. Can someone help me with this? This game is for my son and I am really not a pro on this type of thing. Thank you

    How are you, Axel?

    Make sure the account that purchased the game is logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10.

    Open the app and in the upper right corner check which account is logged in, if it is a different account log out and log in with the correct account and then try to open the game.

    Unfortunately Minecraft Dungeons does not support cross saves. So you will have to start over on the PC if you start to play there.

    1. Does Minecraft freeze on the menu screen?
    2. Or does Minecraft freeze when you're in your Minecraft world?
    3. If you start a new world in Minecraft, does that one freeze as well?
