Minecraft discount not appearing on the LIVE-store or on the web-store

I bought Minecraft Xbox 360 version on release and I'm trying to buy the Xbox One version for the 5 dollars discount. Problem is; it's still full price and I've tried everything. I've logged on while on LIVE on the Xbox 360, I've tried reloading the store,
restarted my Xbox One, tried to buy it on the internet store. Basically everything. I still have not gotten any discount and my friend also suffer from this same problem. I need some help here

Bought an add-on through the online store, but isn't on Xbox One

So i recently bought the Contraptions Workshop dlc for Fallout 4, the problem is, its not appearing in the queue. I bought the dlc through the Xbox store on the web, it says i purchased it, but it is not downloading. My Xbox One was off at the time, but
i have had other games download as soon as i turn it on. I purchased through Canada(english), i have a valid internet connection, and Xbox live (not sure if that matters). Also, i cannot see the dlc in the Xbox store on the Xbox, is this why?

Make sure that you are attempting to purchase the game with the same account that you originally purchased your 360 version of Minecraft with. If it is a disc based version then play it a few times and the system should catch up with you within a week or
so.

 

I've checked the FAQ and I'm definitely eligible. I've done as advised and so has my friend, yet we still have not gotten the discount. I have bought it on this account, I can look at my achievements on the Xbox One and see what I've done so it knows I have
it, but it just won't recognize the discount.

I have a digital copy of minecraft for 360 ( with all the chevos ) played it for tons of hours

I have waited over a week even playing the 360 game before waiting

i have tried the website price still lists as 19.99

please help.

 

Oh i almost forgot the texture pack i have on the 360 is showing up as free on the Xbox one though. City texture pack

Seriously, this has made me so unhappy. I have talked to 5 representatives from Support that had no idea what was going on. I can't get the 4.99 price and I have been trying since December 29th. I keep getting told it will be fixed in 24 hours but it's not.
Please fix this!!

 

I just checked again via the Xbox marketplace on my PC and the discount was now present, so I purchased my $4.99 copy for my One. Thanks for fixing this MS, and I hope everyone else is able to get theirs.

I seen the deal bought a Microsoft card came home price was 19.99 I bought it anyways can i be credited my 15 dollars back so I technically still get the deal because I bought the 360 edition digitally a long time ago and do not think it's fair I will be
calling customer support soon
