Minecraft disappeared from my Microsoft account, can only play demo

This has happened to me too. I've been talking to Majong and tried many different things suggested by many different people, and installed it on multiple computers. Nothing has worked.

They have suggested I contact Microsoft Support.

I've spent hours and hours trying to fix this. Can I just get my current license canceled and then given a voucher for a new purchase or something? Surely someone can help me play the game that used to work, and that I payed for.

I still have the receipt details if required,

Did you purchased the game from the beginning without your account? Or did you purchased it with a Mojang / directly from Minecraft?
If it's the second, the game disappeared after you migrated the account?
If yes, when did you made this migration process?

I am logging into Minecraft Java Edition with the Microsoft account that I migrated my Mojang account to, and instead of being a full/paid version of Minecraft, it is only offering me to play the Minecraft "demo" version.

Hi Manuela! Yes, i paid for it today, i got the minecraft launcher from the microsoft store and purchased it from the launcher but on the microsoft store it says i have both java and bedrock. Yes i tried to update my account purchase status but it just says i only have bedrock, and i can only play the demo of java.

Yes, the migration completed successfully. It showed me the confirmation message and everything. My skin is even transported to the Microsoft account, and I can log in with it both in Mojang site (It no longer lets me log in with the Mojang account, only with Microsoft account), and the launcher. But it says I don't own Minecraft java Edition, and only lets me play demo.
