Minecraft: Demo Version Popping Up Even Though I've Owned the Game for Years

A month ago, I lost access to my account. When trying to login, it prompted me to play the demo version even though I've owned the game since 2014. I migrated my account without issue in April, but in July my account has prompted me to play the demo instead of the game. I know it's the same Microsoft account and e-mail, and I have the transaction ID, but Mojang support could not help me. I still have my account, it's just like I don't own the game anymore.

I don't understand why this is happening. Can anyone help? I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, changing password, etc.

Do you have the confirmation email about the migration process in that Microsoft account?

If yes, may I know if you tried all the troubleshooting steps listed here?

And if possible, please try installing the launcher on a different PC, this helps us to isolate a bit more the issue

Done. My Xbox Profile is now in sync with the Launcher and the Minecraft website, however I still see "Play Demo" on the launcher even though I've purchased Java a few years back.

Ok. Tried clicking buy, still does not work. Wants to charge me $35. I am stuck in the Demo version of Java until I purchase it. the thing is... I've owned Java since before Microsoft bought out Mojang. Why do I have to purchase again? I've already bought at least 8 copies of Minecraft over the years. Playstation, tablet, bedrock, mobile... then purchased copies for my son including Java a second time for him, I've had realms subscription in the past. NOW the launcher expects me to put even more money into the franchise forcing me to buy a version I already own. I can't launch it, I "migrated" it and it's still stuck on a demo version. Worse still, this happened before! this is Deja Voo. I'm about to uninstall everything and ban my son from ever playing Minecraft again.

The DLC's that popped up in game had nothing to do if you purchased them or not. All the DLC is included in the Backward compatible version of the game. I own the game, and I got all the DLC with it, even though I never purchased the DLC.

I'm having the same problem. Microsoft Migrated me and now all I get is the demo version of the game. I've owned and played the game for years. Why do I have to buy it again?
