minecraft demo mode

After ''migrating'' my minecraft account to microsoft i appear to not own minecraft anymore.

I only get a demo mode.

None of the troubleshooting or questions make any sense or solve the problem and it appears this kind of issue has been going on for months and months. How you have not solved these kind of problems after so many moths is unimaginable. Shows what kind of company and how much respect for their customers microsoft has.

How hard can it be to just transfer an account without so many problems?

Because of the amount of tickets being sent to them daily, it is expected that they could take a few days (at most 72 hours) to answer you. I'm sorry for the experience you had with Minecraft and the account migration procedure.

I send them a question yesterday and another one today.

No reply yet and i do not get to play minecraft with my kid again today.

What is there to expect from a company that managed to do such an awful job at a simple account move.

Given that you most likely were playing Minecraft Java previously, it could be that you have downloaded the Xbox app/Microsoft Store Minecraft Launcher, which could be causing issues for you. To fix this, go to https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download and download the Minecraft Launcher for your Operating System, and then sign in with the account that you've migrated your Mojang account to.
