Minecraft deal not working

Attempting to pay and download the Minecraft Xbox One version since I have the 360 copy, but it still shows 19.99 for me and not 4.99 like stated here:

I have been replaying and waiting for it to show.

Promotion deals not working

contacted xbox live support today as on my dash i could see a month game of gold for £1 GBP and it keeps trying charge me full price.

after just over an hour waiting they told me post it here even though i sent them photos of it they said the following:

Just got a response, Your account is currently not eligible for the GBP 1.00 promotion,

I understand that you are seeing the promotion on your console that's why you contacted us for today. Yet no worries we will help you get the promotion. Kindly post your concern on this pagehttps://forums.xbox.com/en-us/composepost?selectedVenue=0d7dc557-ea57-4938-a0e8-7f05d0a019fe&postType= then
someone from our sales and promotions team will contact you back to help you get the promotion.

ive tried posting on here before and more than likely no one will respond or help

 

Are you definitely using the same account that purchased it on 360?

Check your download history here:

live.xbox.com/.../history

If you do not see Minecraft there, it was another account that paid for and downloaded the game originally; you will need to use that account on the Xbox One to get the reduced price.

Definitely the same account, and it's the disc, not a download... which is does qualify. shrug
