Minecraft Crossplatform

Hi there,

I am having an issue with connecting to a friends world. We have always been able to play, but recently, we are no longer able to see them online. They are currrently playing online with 8 other people, all with different consoles, only we are left out.
I have tried to troubleshoot doing the following:

verify my live account settings. Nothing has changed since we last played together.

restarting the PS4

Trying to join from PC, iOS device.

Uninstalling and reinstalling

What is most concerning is that we can't join anyones world, even with the settings saying we can join them. Please help.

Change dns or port in network connection setting

^^360 and Xbone will NOT be able to play each other. The game is NOT crossplatform.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're having issues getting your friend to join your world. From what I can see in the thread, it may have something to do with his setting indicating that he if appearing offline. Now, when he goes to the
server lists, does he see your server or game.

Can you explain where the issue happens or what he sees when attempts to join your world?

Hello, it may be a problem of moderate or strict NAT connection, you can check network configuration.
