    Hello

    i am having a problem on minecraft at the moment. I want to play with my friend on xbox but i own a ps4. It says that i will have to go on a website which is called Remoteconnect where i have to put in a code which i have done, then it instructs me to put
    in my microsoft information which i then did. It next came up saying “you are now signed in to minecraft for the playstation, you can safely close this window” once closed i went back onto minecraft to sign in with my microsoft account but it next came up
    saying something has failed.

    i have attempted multiple times recently and nothing changes.

    All i can recommend is make sure you have a Microsoft account connected and make sure you have regular minecraft downloaded not the xbox one edition of the game hope this helps
