    I own Minecraft on PS4 and Nintendo Switch. I made a purchase of a couple of things on the Switch's store. I then signed into one of my Microsoft accounts (I will call it #1). I did not realize that this was not the one linked to my ps4 account (this one
    has #2). I have tried un-link the #2 Microsoft account that is currently signed into the PlayStation which works but if I try to sign into account #1 it tells me a PlayStation network account is already linked to this Microsoft account (which there is not
    my knowledge so I am not sure why it is saying that unless it is not possible to link a new one). I am able to sign back into #2 account again on PS and I can access that one on my Switch as well but I no longer have the purchased items from earlier.

    So my question is if it is not possible to link my psn account to my Microsoft account since it was already paired with one, can I switch my purchase's from #1 account on my switch to the #2 or refund the coins directly to my console and remake the purchases
    on the other account?

    I have already merged the purchases onto #1 from the switch console but that message appears each time so I am not sure if the items I bought were saved to the consoles store? I am also not sure if there is a refund option too (but I am guess likely not).
    I would like to have access to the content on both platforms which I feel should not be this complex (Although I guess some of the confusion is caused by my own mistakes). It would be nice if I could just sign my other Microsoft account into the psn one but
    it does not seem like an option (or seem to be working ATM if it is). If there is a way Microsoft can un-link my account from an unused PSN account that would be awesome or if from there site to view which games my Microsoft is signed in on with cross platform
    ability (when I checked the support for that it seemed like you had to be signed into the PlayStation account in the Minecraft game but I do not think there is with that account). Thank you for your help in advance and I hope there is a solution to just get
    the #1 account signed into my PSN.

    I greatly appreciate the help or any information about this issue.

    Sorry if this is not the right place or categories for this post but I would like to get some help and I have not been able to find a place to contact Microsoft directly for account issues. (I was getting a virtual agent and then broken links for contacting
    people). So please let me know if I should be contacting Nintendo or PlayStation as well but since this is a Microsoft account issue it seems like it is best to start here.

    There is cross platform as in pc and xbox at this current moment as I said it was attempted for the psn & xbox side of thing with fortnite but it didn't go to plan so got closed. . And also there is some cross platform with Nintendo switch on minecraft

    I think there was talk of trying it with Fortnite but it didn't go to plan sadly, So there hasn't been any more attempts at this type of thing as of yet PSN to XLB. There is some cross platform games but that is all PC and xbox Sea of thieves and there is
    also minecraft XBL to nintendo.
