Minecraft- Creating server for friends

hi.

So I’ve just bought this game and I want to create a world that is just my friends can use when I’m online. However, it isn’t sending the invite when I go to invite them.

I’d really like to know how to fix this so we can both access the server as otherwise the game is a waste of money.

Friends for Minecraft

Add me and my friend, we are creating a huge friend list of xb1 minecraft players so people will be able to find multiplayer games. I'm at 850 friends on my list and now I will start adding XB1 Minecraft players to the account Nelsonboys, so when you add
me you are also broadcasting your server to 850 Minecraft players

Maybe restart your Xbox if that doesn't work u could try and make a world and invite your friends to the world

To make sure, are you using the steps in the
Realms Overview under "How to invite other players to your Realm", for that?

Also, do you see any issue receiving invitations to other players' Minecraft Realms? Are you able to invite those friends to play in other games normally, when you try?

 

I have this issue as well. It’s not on Realms, it’s on a regular world. Multiplayer is on, friends only is on. It gives me the option to invite, but when I do, it simply doesn’t pop up with the “Invite sent” notification, nor does it reach the other person’s
Xbox. This is a very annoying issue, and I believe the issue is with Minecraft and not Xbox, as I can play other games with friends and the invites go through.

 

The issue is that nobody on minecraft can invite other people, because the invite doesn’t send for anyone.
