Minecraft Crashing when enabling FULL SCREEN.

hey, recently i had reinstalled my windows from 32 bit to 64 bit and had to reset my newly installed windows again because of startup error.
after i reinstalled mc it crashed as soon as i toggled fullscreen.
also tried downgrading my drivers but doesnt seem to work.|i had contacted xbox support but didnt fix the issue.
i also tried trouble shooting and reinstalling drivers but nothing works.
btw i am on minecraft bedrock (windows 10 edition) so if u guys can help me fix the issue it would mean a lot to me.
i have heard someone saying that reset mc from settings idk bout that.
i still dont know if this is a display or a graphics driver issue?
it was working fine and i was also able to go to full screen in my 32 bit windows but idk what happened now?

also i contacted mojang support but they said they can only provide help till troubleshooting.
i have heard of powershell and regedit but didnt do those coz idk what they r and what they rlly do. so, if powershell or regedit can fix it pls tell me the steps to do so..|

and also going to options.txt file and changing the gfx_fullscreen to 1 or 0 in appdata folder doesnt seem to work. so if there is any way to fix it pls tell me bout it!
a yt vid told to overclock my refresh rate but my laptop is potato and ithink it would die faster if i do so.
btw my specs-
cpu - amd a6 7310
mobo - acer one 14 z422
gpu - radeon r4(integrated)
ram - 4gigs.
and the res. of my screen is 1366x768 so if there is any way pls help me with it.

Unfortunately, the drivers don't seem to work. And yhh I can run mc in 45 fps and with some tweaking in my 32 bit windows I was getting 65 fps. So I am thinking of going back to 32bit windows. Will doing that give me my old files back? In anyways ?

OK so when I enter my bios on boot there are 2 choices, others and windows 10 64bit respectively. So "others" was the mode I used to boot in to my windows coz everytime I had to enter my bios and set the date and time cuz the cmos battery seems to be dead IDK.

But after the upgrade I was booting from "windows 10 64-bit" when I checked and booting in from others in Uefi mode simply took me to repair mode where it said startup repair couldn't repair ur PC and when in booting from legacy in others simply told me to select an installation media and press any key so old advice where shall I install the 32 bit windows. And why is "others" when booted from uefi shows startup error if I reset it from there will I get my 32 windows bit files and stuff back?

Sounds like a graphics driver issue. The Radeon R4 drivers can be downloaded from here

That's quite an old laptop from around 2013, nocking on 8 years old now. I'm surprised it can even run Minecraft, let alone run it smoothly.

Why have you upgraded to Windows 10 64-bit edition over the 32-bit version? When you upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit, the requirements of Windows increases. Whereas 32-bit has a 2GB RAM minimum, the 64-bit edition is 4GB. Since your machine only meets this minimum, it will run considerably slower on the 64-bit OS than it did on the 32-bit OS. I hope that makes sense.

At the very least you should upgrade the RAM to 8GB. No idea if this will fix your issues with this game as your machine is pretty old. It will certainly make your old laptop quicker though.
