Minecraft crashing/turning Xbox off

I've had problems this evening whilst playing Minecraft.

Half way through a game my machine just turned off, no error code provided.

The same error has repeated several times when trying to both enter and leave saved worlds.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled but the issue continues, regardless whether it is installed on internal or external drive.

I currently have version 1.12.101.70 installed. I've restarted several times and cleared the cache but not improvement.

I've also had the update notice for issues clearing crashing problems within the game itself.

No code is displayed when this happens and xbox always restarts fine.

I've tried on other games but not encountered any other issues.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Does this issue happen on other accounts on your Xbox? If you haven't already, try laumching the game on another gamertag. Let us know the results.

Aside from that, you may also want to
request assistance from the developers.

Hi, If you didn't know, the Xbox Series X turns itself off randomly to protect itself from overheating or when there is no power. It can also hard crash, even when playing relatively low-powered games like Minecraft.

Hello Jaygriff86, this is happening after the last update of Warzone, if yes you have tried some procedure on your console how to clear the cache and remove the games that are in quick resume.

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

I have tried a lot of things I'm at my whits end with it.

I have cleared cache.

I have uninstalled and rebooted and re installed.

I have factory rest re installed

I have cleared alternate mac address

Trying to get to speak to some one at microst and request a call back is impossible

Hello again, we have seen many similar occurrences with Warzone, if this is happening only with this game, the issue is not in your console but in the game that should be with some bug.
