Minecraft crashes when going to singleplayer tab, exit code -1

1. May we ask if you are using Minecraft Launcher installed from Microsoft Store or Minecraft website?
   
2. May we ask for a screenshot? Please conceal your personal information like gamertag or email address.
   
3. May we ask when was the last time you can access Minecraft and played solo?
   
4. Do you have issues with other Xbox multiplayer games? How about multiplayer games from Microsoft Store?
   

If any case you are using different version or launcher, we would like to suggest installing Minecraft Launcher and see if you have issues accessing your games with your license. There is a possibility that you may be experiencing an issue with the game, so we recommend you to update the game.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. Graphics card is up to date but it keeps crashing with this same code. I have NVIDIA GeForce rtx 3070 with the latest driver. I either get this exit code or exit code 1. I have had multiple friends who build computers update my bios and do what they can to fix the crash issue but i still crash.
