Minecraft crashes when attempt to sign in

I just installed MCPE on my ONN walmart tablet. I bought the game a few years ago and it works on all my other previous tablets from my memory.

I havent downlosded this game in a few months.

I have no issue with the game itself other than signing in.

When i click the sign in button on the bottom left of the screen, it takes me to choose an account and then, less than a second later it goes back to ye minecraft loading screen. It loads up, and works perfectly fine. I just can't sign in.

    Things I've attempted:

Lowering all my minecraft settings to use less of my devices power, restarting my device, turning my FOV down lower and lower until eventually it was at 30 (50, 45, 40, 35 did not work, neither did 30). Uninstalling and redownloading, clearing cache and
data, different WiFi networks, factory resetting my tablet and downloading the xbox app.

Nothing I've tried works. It's not my account because it won't even let me click on my account to sign in, just clicking the sign in button reloads my game.

I just want to sign in so i can play with my brother but it won't work so I'm coming here for support

    :)

I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

This means if your account is a child's account, you will need an adult within a family group to change your account's privacy settings.

An organiser in an Xbox family group can manage settings for members who are in the family group. Kids can only see (and not manage) their own settings.

To learn more about family group roles, see:

Learn about family group roles, permissions, and data sharing

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.Sign in at Xbox
    2. Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button ().
    3. Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.

Note Because you’re accessing sensitive info, you may have to enter your password or passkey.
    4. Select the gamertag for the account that you want to manage.
    5. Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.
    6. Review the current settings and update any that you want to change, and then select Submit to save the changes.

Note You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.
    7. Have the member sign in and then sign out of their account on the console to make sure the changes take effect.

W10 Minecraft Crashes when attempting to access Inventory or Chest

    Hey there Stoneybrook!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Do other players in your realm experience the same crash when attempting to access inventory of some kind? If you access someone else's realm, do you experience the same crash?

Are you able to try this on a different Windows 10 PC by any chance?

    Let us know!

    Omori crashing when attempted start.

Hello, Daniel. Thanks for reaching out! My name is Lucas, and I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user just like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.

This error can be caused by several factors. Would you please try these first general troubleshooting steps and let me know how it goes?

First, see if Windows is updated:

Open Settings > Update and security > Windows Update > Check for updates. Install any optional update too.

    After that:

    - Completely uninstall Xbox App (and Xbox Companion App if you have it). Use their own uninstaller (just search for Xbox on Windows start and click on uninstall).

    - After uninstalling, go to start > Type PowerShell > Right click it and select “Run as administrator” > Type the following commands and press enter (run one at a time):

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.GamingServices | Remove-AppxPackage –allusers

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

(If you receive an error when executing any of these commands, don't worry. Just follow the other steps)

    - Press Windows + R and type in "regedit". Press enter.

    - Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services

    - Delete the folders "GamingServices", "GamingServices.net" and "xinputhid" (if they're still there).

    - Click on Start > Search for Credential manager > Windows credentials. Search for Xbl|DeviceKey, click on it and then Remove. Also, remove all the XblGrts and XboxLive credentials.

    - Delete Accounts and Cache folders at:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

    - Also delete Microsoft Store local cache files at:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Gaming > Game Mode > Set if OFF.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Test your connection. It should show Open NAT and connected to server. If you receive any error message, please let me know.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options > Privacy > Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

    - Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press enter. Delete all the files inside this folder. Repeat this step by typing %TEMP% and Prefetch. Delete everything on both folders too.

    - Press Windows + R. Type WSRESET and press enter.

    - If you're using a proxy, please stop using it for now:

    - Press Windows Key + R. Type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings. Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box. Click Ok.

    - Please check if Date and Time is set correct. Uncheck "Set the time automatically", do it manually.

    - Restart Windows.

    - Run PowerShell as an Administrator again and run the command:

    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

    - Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt. Make sure you are signed into the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account that is on your computer.

    - On the Microsoft Store > Click on your profile > App settings > Enable the Offline permissions option.

    - Finally, install Xbox App (and Xbox Companion App if you had it) again. Open it and login to the correct Microsoft account. If you are on the Xbox Insiders program, click on Profile > Settings > General > Uncheck “Use advanced installation and management features”. Restart you computer.

See if you are able to run your game after that and let me know how it goes.
