Minecraft contents I bought do not work.

It appears my refund was rejected. So I wasted $7.99 on a content that doesn't work. Wow! You got to be kidding me. Wow...

Wrong answer. I was duped. I need to get a refund over a broken item. I already submitted a request, but they are not answering me.

Try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in!

If the issue persists, I would recommend getting in touch with Mojang: Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net) , as they are the ones that can help in such cases!

All content bought with the main account (yours, since it's your home xbox) will work for every user on the same console. The content that your kids bought under their account will only work if they are logged into these accounts. For example, one of your
kids bought Minecraft with his account that isn't the home xbox, so in order to access the game he must be logged in but any other account won't be able to play it.

So every content bought under accounts that aren't the main account on that xbox can't access it.

Hi Chris, I do not see any of the games I purchase in my order history in the link you provided. I bought minecraft store content. I bought world templates through the minecraft store. All the worlds that were created with those templates are still showing
in the minecraft game but those worlds are locked now and the minecraft store is showing that I need to "re" buy the templates I purchased over the last couple of years. Although I do not see the games in the link to my Microsoft Account I do see where I purchased
minecraft coins through Nintendo for the purchase of Minecraft Store items. I am not sure where to go from here.
