Minecraft connect PSN to a Microsoft account

Hello! I bought Minecraft on PlayStation 5 in the first hour today.

I want to connect PSN to a Microsoft account, but an error appears that the account has already been linked to a Microsoft account! How can this be? I bought the game first!
I just checked my account for linked services, and I didn't find the PlayStation network!

I have not linked my Microsoft account before with PlayStation 5. I buy Minecraft brand new!!!! Please help me!

They replied that this means that you already have a Microsoft account linked to the PlayStation. Thanks to captain obvious, I just bought the game!
Here's what to do and how to play normally if they cannot give me normal customer support and resolve the issue without stereotyped answers!

You cannot see on the Microsoft website if you linked your PSN account to it or not.

Have you ever played Minecraft on your or a friend's Playstation?

Or maybe have a friend ever played Minecraft on your Playstation?

I ask because maybe your Microsoft account is not linked to any PSN account, but the PSN account on your PS5 is already linked to other Microsoft account - which makes it impossible for you to sign in and link your current Microsoft account to it.
