Thanks. It looks like it is just the coins. So, you think this is Mojangs issue rather than Microsoft who sold me the bundle? Minecraft sold me the coins so they need to provide them.

Hello AG2013DG, unfortunately a digital transfer or an exchange for the Xbox version is not possible.

However you can request a refund for this version of Minecraft via the link below..

You will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for the refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

I think this is a bigger issue with Minecraft's server's since we have seen a few other threads of people not being able to purchase items from the in-game store getting the same error message.

You will need to contact
Mojang support. Microsoft will not be able to help you with in game purchases as they are usually authorized through the devs of the game and not Microsoft.
