    Minecraft coins not credited


    I purchased two copies of Minecraft Starter Edition on PC. One for myself and one gifted from my MS account to my daughter's account. The Starter Edition comes with 700 coins. I downloaded and installed the game on the same PC and account where I purchased
    it. I received access to all of the skins and other bonus content from my pack but - no coins credited. My daughter received her copy and got all of her bonus content and all 700 of her coins credited to her account. I then purchased for myself, on my same
    PC MS account, a skin pack, 660 coins for $3.99 and an additional coin package, 1600 +120 bonus for $9.99 and neither of those coin purchases were credited to my account either. All of the purchases are verified and showing on my Microsoft account, but I still
    have 0 coins in my Minecraft Marketplace. Restarted device (PC), twice, verified purchases are showing in account multiple times.

    A workaround is to select the very same coin pack and attempt to purchase it again. You should be prompted with a “You already own this item” message, and will then be awarded the coins you deserve at no extra charge.

    Please let us know if this resolved the issue for you.

    Hello- It's been nearly 6 weeks since this incident occurred and 3 weeks since the last response. What is the status of resolution? If you can't apply the credit of coins to my account, what number do I need to call to get a refund for my 9.99? I appreciate
    the apologies for inconvenience, but this is a very poor customer experience all around.
