Hola, tenia un codigo de minecraft para poder usar, lo utilice y resulta que no me dieron el juego y ahora dice que ya utilice el codigo.

Check on tour order history on your profile to see if it is there. If it is there and not showing on your console do a hard reset on your console by pressing and holding the xbox logo until it switches off, waiting 30 seconds before switching it back on.

Check under the Ready to install for your games to see of it has been updated.
