    Can someone explain Minecraft to me?

    I think you mean Java. JavaScript is used for web development and has nothing to do with Java - the language that minecraft is coded in.

    I'm pretty sure Minecraft is just Minecraft. One game, Minecraft. There is also Minecraft story mode, that is a very different game, a telltale series.

    It was advertised on my Xbox on the home screen, how am I supposed to get a screen shot of that. Was I supposed to take a picture of it with my phone during my purchase? It was the only reason I bought 3 months of gold. The promotion stated if you buy 3
    months of gold you get minecraft and if you buy 12 months you get minecraft+favorites. I opted for the 3 months cause of my budget and never received the code that it said was supposed to be sent to my xbox live message center.

    I don't have access to my Minecraft anymore?

    - "Have you checked your order history if the Minecraft Xbox One edition was purchased on there before?"
    - As I stated in the original post, I purchased the Xbox One S 'Minecraft Edition.' I own the game through a digital code.

    - "The PC version was provided as a code I believe so you can redeem that to any account."
    - The code in my purchase history simply says "Minecraft for Windows." If it was a PC-only code, then why was I able to still access Minecraft Windows edition on my Xbox previously, but cannot do so now? The way I see it: I got a game with my Xbox to play on my Xbox, Microsoft buys up Mojang, gives me a code to play Minecraft on my PC, then takes away all forms of me playing Minecraft on my Xbox. Does this make sense?

    How to find my redeem code for minecraft windows 10 edition?

    The code you mean was for people that bought JAVA Minecraft on the Mojang website before October 2018. Buyers of the JAVA Version before that date would get a code that allows them to redeem Minecraft Windows 10 on the Windows 10 Store.

    Unfortunately, buyers of the Xbox One Minecraft "only" get the Xbox One Minecraft and nothing else. Only digital buyers of the older "Minecraft Xbox One Version" (With "Xbox One Version" in the game title) would later get the newer Bedrock Minecraft for
    Xbox One for free.

    So, if you bought Minecraft (without the "Xbox One Version" in the name) on your Xbox One, that's the only version you will get. There is no Windows 10 code.
