    Hey!

    Today I went to get my minecraft windows 10 edition, but when I went to redeem it, it said that the code was already redeemed. I don't play minecraft much, but i want to know why it wouldn't let me redeem it. Have i already redeemed it or has someone else
    used my code. It isn't a big problem since i haven't played minecraft regularly for almost 4 years now, but i want my windows 10 edition.

    Hi there,

    if you haven't checked please check if you are using the same account in the store/game as you have used to redeem the code.

    When a code is redeemed the purchase is linked to that account and that account needs to be used to install the game (and play it)
