Minecraft Code already used?

Hi, so I've just recently set up windows 10 for my computer and I tried to download minecraft for Windows 10 using my code but it says it's already been used, is there any way to reset it or get a new one?

I'm pretty sure Minecraft is just Minecraft. One game, Minecraft. There is also Minecraft story mode, that is a very different game, a telltale series.

So that we can best help out we need clarification as to where you received the code. I understand that it's meant to be used in the Windows 10 store, but where did you get the code? The Windows 10 store doesn't provide codes, but you can redeem codes that
you received elsewhere.

 

I got the code from my Mojang account, I was told to come here for a new code.
