    Minecraft chat blocked even after turning on setting to fix it


    I am experiencing an issue that has been easily solvable through enabling the "others can communicate through text, blah blah blah" but enabling it did not fix it. Not after an hour or two. I'm expecting it to be something stupid but we'll see.

    Did everything, turned on & off account settings, logged out before restarting my computer, came back, opened the game, pressed "t" in several servers and it only works in my personal worlds. I can't even use slash commands in my friend's server; nothing at all works still. I even messed around with the in game chat settings to no avail.

    Correct and that shouldn't be an issue. Were you able to sign out and sign back in on your launcher?
