    Minecraft charges 29.99 a month? REALLY??? How do I stop these charges


    I bought Minecraft on Windows 10 PC for my son from the Windows Store for what I thought was a one time charge of 29.99. Now, our statement says it is a RECURRING charge for 29.99. It did not say clearly that it is a recurring charge.

    We do not want to pay 29.99 a month for MineCraft. That is insane.

    How do we cancel the 29.99 a month Minecraft charge?

    The EXACT thing is happening to me, they've been charging me for MONTHS and they won't refund me or stop charging me. Absolute scam. Such bs they would do that to their customers.

    I subscribe to "game pass", and upgrade to "ultimate game pass" within the same hour and got charged for both individually. Can I got the original "game pass" subscription reimbursed?

    Did it ask to confirm the purchase @ the $9.99 price or did they screw it up for you and charge the $29.99 price when it went through for you?

    It seems like the rest of the world is faced with being asked to confirm the $29.99 price, even though the sale page states its $9.99, but the next step shows it as $29.99 no mater how or where you get to it =(
