However, we’d like to know more about it in details so that we can provide a more accurate resolution for you. To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

• Current version and edition of Windows Installed? (Search for WINVER in Windows search to see this)
  
• Xbox app and Gaming services version?
  
  • Xbox app > select Profile picture > Settings > About.
    
• What troubleshooting steps have you done?
  
• Was this working before?
  
• Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?
  
• What are the device specs, make and model?

Getting a good few crashes and system lockups with this DLC. Only fixed by a reboot of the console. Annoying! ...and no, its perfect with all my other games. ;O)

I have a similar problems on 4 of the 5 PCs in my household. Some are Win 10, some Win 11, some Roblox via Edge & some have given up and use the (less useable) app in Microsoft Store, some PCs are desktops and some are PC sticks. On the 4 problem PCs, no amount of clearing browser cache, uninstalling & reinstalling will keep the crashes & lockups from reappearing.

So what is it with Roblox that is causing problems on many computers?

I am seeing that same issue. Just to emphasize this is not just an app crash, but a hard lockup which causes the console to restart. For me it I saw it happening while playing Gears of War 3, RAAM's Shadow DLC.
