Still cant sign in to my mircosoft account on my ps4 for minecraft

I suggest signing out of your Xbox live account on the xbox companion App. then sign in again, and try the game.

Is there a chance some of your services for Xbox have become disabled for some reason (usually an update)?

you can find these under services on the start menu

hHi that article isnt relevant to solving my problem.The problem I have is that a black box appears and then after some time dissapears. after that, when I cancel the sign in process something says that something wet wrong while signing in
