Minecraft - Can't play or uninstall!

I use Win10 operaing system.



I uninstalled minecraft launcher.



As you suggested I downloaded "minecraft launcher for Win 7/8".



At present I still can't play "minecraft java demo version". I can't launch "minecraft bedroch version". There appears notification that bedrock version is incompatible with launcher

I'm having the same issue. I was just playing minecraft today. I saw the update and it wouldn't let me update so I uninstalled minecraft to see if it would install the update when I reinstalled the game and now can't download minecraft at all.

thanks for coming to the forums. When you leave the program, it usually takes until the next big update from the program until you are reverted back. You could try waiting until after the weekend then see if able to uninstall the beta.

If your digital Xbox game won't launch, try these steps:

I have tried all of those steps - no updates are available and my Windows OS is up to date.

I have also tried uninstalling the Minecraft Launcher and reinstalling, and uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft.

I have also tried logging out of the Xbox app and the launcher and logging in again.

All other Xbox purchases and games work, the Minecraft Launcher will let me play the Java version of MC and Minecraft Dungeons but not Minecraft for Windows at all. Same error with it wanting me to sign in but I can't sign in it just takes me to the page to buy MC for Windows which I can't rebuy even if I want to because I have already bought it...
