Minecraft can't connect to Store

I have xbox app for windows 10, and downloaded Minecraft from the store. In Minecraft it can't connect to store to buy skins, it keeps saying check the internet connection. The internet is fine, it is hardwired not wifi. I read a suggestion to check the
xbox privacy settings but it didn't say what settings it should be. Another suggestion was to make sure Online Multiplayer was set to ON, but I don't know where that setting is to check it. I can connect to the Store separately outside Minecraft but can't
connect in Minecraft. Any help or suggestions?

Can't connect to Xbox store

Hi, I Saw that I could download Fallout New Vegas on my Xbox one, enjoyed the other Fallout games, and hit "play on Xbox one". Every time I hit it, it says "this feature is temporarily unavailable".

Can't connect to Microsoft Store

Hello ClareHogan1,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Is this issue occurring on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? If this is an Xbox One, we recommend testing the network connection on the console. We will provide the steps on how to complete that process. Let us
know if an error message appears. The best step to take after a power surge or power outage is to reset the power supply of the console. Press and hold the
Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, unplug the power cable from the wall. After 30 seconds, plug the console directly into the wall outlet. Touch the
Xbox button on the console again to turn it back on. Be sure to let us know the results!

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test network connection.

I tried that out but I think that the problem is about microsoft store. I can't install anything on it and the only way to get applications for me is to download them from the internet and just hope that it doesn't need connection to the microsoft store. This is why i can't install the minecraft launcher- It tries to connect to the microsoft store but then it gets an error and it sends me the store so I can download the launcher from there, which just like I said doesn't work. I followed your steps and the only problem I got was in the last step, which requires me to download an application from the store.

Hello i just tried this and it didn’t work it still says the same error how can i fix this also the reply is being sent 1 week after 1.11 released i also play on windows 10 edition

Hi Ken,

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Are you playing on the Xbox One or a different device? Also if you haven't already I suggest for you to try to clear the console's MAC address as this will cause the console to restart and will refresh the network connection.

To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

Go toSettings
Select Network > Network Settings
Select the Advanced Settings
Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
Select clear and restart
