    Trying to play Minecraft LAN with my girlfriend. She was playing on the Switch. We signed out of that, then signed into it on the PC. Was working fine, but we attempted to sign back in on the switch and play, and it will not let her join my minecraft LAN
    world, giving the error in the subject field. So okay, we signed out of that, and tried the PC again. Same error. So now it just will not let her play on my Minecraft LAN regardless of device.

    Minecraft Windows 10 "Cannot join world, currently playing on another device" error

    When I try to log into a server on minecraft windows 10 edition, I get the following message: "Cannot join world. The account you are signed in to is currently playing in this world on a different device." However, the tab says that there are 0 players
    online (which is normal for this server). I have tried signing out and signing back in and restarting my computer but I am met with the same message.

    What do I do?
    Having the same issue. I have played against my daughter many times and now suddenly I get the same message. It's on a LAN game.

    I figured it out. sign in with the first controller and then start minecraft. then you can turn on the second controller, but do not sign it in. chose the world you want to play on minecraft and start it. once you start it the second controller should be
    on. push A to join and scroll through to the guest account.

    I'm having similar issue. I started world on xbox one, then copied to minecraft (btu version) and can play that from xbox, but I cannot access that world from minecraft pe. I am signed in with my xbox live account in both places but still cannot see my saved
