Minecraft - Cannot Connect to LAN worlds (PC)

My kids and I have been playing Minecraft across the LAN for over a year now. We are using the microsoft version, not the Java version. Recently, myself and one of my kids couldn't connect to my other kid who was on the WiFi AP. However, we could all connect to my other kid who is plugged into the switch and also my computer. We're all on the same network subnet. A few days later, we could no longer connect to my game if I was hosting, and a few days after that none of us can connect to any of each other. We just don't see each other showing up under the friends tab like we use to.

I've tried turning off all the firewalls. I've verified that the multiplayer and visible on LAN options are turned on. All versions are the same.

I'm trying to direct connect, but I can't seem to find the port number. I see all these things online to use /publish to see the port number, but it says command not recognized. I can't seem to find it to even try direct connect.

Did something happen with a recent Microsoft update to minecraft or a windows update? I'm just baffled as it seemed to effect one of us at a time and now we can't connect to each other on the LAN.
