    I have bought minecraft xbox one edition and for windows 10 but my xbox one still tells me I have to buy it to play it ive asked microsoft but they havent done anything to help any ideas would be helpful thanks

    Isn't buying Minecraft for 360 like buying solitaire for 360?

    I'm pretty sure Minecraft is just Minecraft. One game, Minecraft. There is also Minecraft story mode, that is a very different game, a telltale series.

    I just need a bit of clarification, you purchased both separate versions of Minecraft?


    The Xbox One, and Windows 10 version?

    There are two versions for Minecraft.

    Unfortunately, there isn't a Play Anywhere version of Minecraft. This means if wanting to play Minecraft on Xbox One the version needed for it would have to be purchased.

    You can buy the packs later if you just want Minecraft first

    I recommend you to first buy Minecraft and then let your son explore the content first
