    Boa tarde,

    Hoje ocorreu o problema de quando o meu Minecraft Windows 10 atualizou. Ele foi atualizado corretamente mas agora quando eu abro o Minecraft não aparece o "jogar, opções e entre outras" só aparece o plano de fundo.

    Se alguém souber oque é o prblema ou souber como resolver, por favor responda.

    Sometimes, it can take a bit longer for these requirements to properly populate on those quests, however, if this does not occur, we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to be able to assist you with addressing this further.

    Microsoft Rewards Support    , as once you have submitted a ticket with them, they should be able to assist you with this.

    You can only transfer your world from Minecraft 360 Edition to Minecraft One Edition to (new) Minecraft.

    Which Minecraft version do you use? For example, Minecraft 360 Edition in (new) Minecraft is not possible.

    Minecraft 360 Edition and Minecraft One Edition are out of support and now the Legacy Editions. New Minecraft is the Bedrock Edition

    I recommend you to first buy Minecraft and then let your son explore the content first
