    Hi,

    I logged into my minecraft account and was told to log in through my microsoft account. I did this and then went to play minecraft. It only allows me to play a demo? Its not showing my purchased minecraft that i bought back in Jan 2021 and was just playing the other day. Has anyone else had this happen?????

    You will need to contact the online support for further assistance regarding this. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help from an online chat agent. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

    Bought it last week when it was on offer with deals on gold, and noticed that that offer is no longer available.. Maybe has something to do with it.
