minecraft better together

i have minecrfat xbox one disc version and i have played way more than 5 hours in the past year so why isnt the new minecraft for free in the store for me?...when the popup to get better together for free does show i click on it and it takes
me to the store but it doesnt say its free instead it says it costs £17

I read the support page and it says there is a time period for the promotion form September to September. In the Xbox marketplace it doesn't show that, and I was told by support I should get the promotion.

i am using correct acc & playef for 14 hours now
