Minecraft better together

I used minecraft xbox one edition for 5 hours but when i am trying to get the new minecraft better together update it wants me to pay 19.99€ for it. Help me please!

Unfortunately no as it doesn't appear in my games and apps

Nothing. I try to contact the assistance again

 

I've contacted Xbox 4 times now. The first 3 times they said they would give me a token. The last one told me that it takes 14 business days from when you meet the criteria to show. I'm up to 17 business days now (I'm not including the stat holidays either)
and still nothing. It's getting close to the end and I'm getting thoroughly upset with this. I'm going to be contacting them again tomorrow after work. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

 

I am also having this problem. Microsoft and Mojang are pointing their fingers at each other.

 

It can take some time before the update shows up for you. Also make sure you're checking the ready to install section of your games and apps as the new version can show up there as well.
