    Minecraft (better together) crashes


    I’m trying to play Minecraft on Xbox one, the (better together) version. When I click on the game to load, it goes to a screen that says syncing user data and then freeze and crashes the game to the home screen. I can’t even get
    to the menus in the game before it crashes. Iv tried everything. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it multiple times, I deleted all saved data and add-ons to the game, I hard reset the Xbox, iv tried loading the game on another Xbox. Iv switched rooms
    and iv tried everything but it keeps crashing and won’t load the game. I have even done a factory reset for the Xbox.

    Hey x F2Pwarframe x! Double check and make sure you are using the correct account that you played on when looking. If you're still not seeing it, you may need to play for 5 hours again to make sure it registers. Thanks!

    I am having this exact same issue but only for my son's account on the xbox. I can play fine and he can play, but only if the xbox is in offline mode. As soon as you go online it crashes to the dashboard.

    I wanted to hop in with an update. This is an issue the appropriate teams have begun investigating. If you own DLC, or have played 5+ hours on the disc version, you should be able to obtain the Better Together version.

    We will keep you posted once we have further iinformation to share. Thank you for your patience!
    Is there someplace we can log this issue now that the deadline is very close,

    there is not much we can do than play minecraft and check the shop...
