Minecraft better together beta not loading *error 0x80040200*

I am greeted with the message "Give it another try"

Then "if you keep seeing this,turn off your Xbox by pressing and holding the power button for 10seconds. Then turn it back on and try your action again."

Then the error code (0x80040200)

Done everything, reset , re download, hard reset.

No fix.

Resolve this issue please Xbox.

my minecraft better together beta isnt working

 

I cannot join my friend on windows 10 minecraft.

Not sure if it is still possible but you might have different versions. When I downloaded the Minecraft better together beta on my one. I could not join my windows 10 version until I downloaded the beta for win 10 version also. You or your friend might have
the win 10 version while the other has the new better together version of Minecraft.

 

i have the same issue. I contacted support but they have not such information regarding this new mine craft version

 

Same thing is happening to me. I contacted support and the only thing they did was send me a link to the forums.

 

I found a solution.

Go to settings, all settings, system, console info then reset console. Do "Reset and keep my games & apps"

 

Woop! That worked for us on the Xbox One Elite console. Had to setup our wireless password, and xbox live account credentials but after going through all the setup steps the beta is working again! THANK YOU!
