    Minecraft Beta


    I was forcibly updated to 1.15 on the Minecraft windows beta. After this i was no longer able to play with my friends online. i have been trying to remove myself from the beta since then. I have unsubscribed from it on Xbox insider, uninstalled numerous
    times, reset Minecraft's data, Attempted powershell commands, and signed my account in on other computers. i cannot get rid of the beta and i am just about out of hope. Please help.

    Multiplayer issues

    Is it possible that your friends signed up for the Minecraft Beta in the Insider App?

    If that's the case, your friends either need to leave the Minecraft Beta and play on the "regular" version, or you'll have to install the Xbox Insider App, and join the Minecraft Beta as well.

    This usually happens in the minecraft beta version. If you have beta enabled, disable it on the xbox insider hub and reinstall minecraft.

    According to https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Bedrock_Edition_beta_1.13.0.1 it seems you opted in to recieve BETA updates to Minecraft.

    As Beta versions are test versions and might contain unstable code, public servers do not update to Beta versions.

    So if you wish to use public servers, make sure you only use non-Beta versions of Minecraft. If necessary, un-enroll from the Minecraft Insider Beta program, and wait until the next official update, or uninstall and re-download the latest public non-beta
    version of Minecraft.
