    No it's 1gb

    But crashing isn't just ram

    What CPU IS your phone running

    Not all mobile cpus are created equal

    Qualcomm's don't have to be the latest but mediatek or harmony cpu do require a lot more power

    If you are running mediatek cpus you need thier latest or better yet just get a qualcomm 800 series

    Mediatek cpus are mid range you will run into a lot of problems

    Xbox one's OS uses 3GB of the available RAM. PS4 only uses 1GB RAM for it's OS. PS4 went with better GDDR5 RAM, and is using less RAM for it's OS.
