    Minecraft Bêta 1.16.063 or 1.16.0.64? I lost everything!


    I have a problem with the Minecraft Beta .. My friends are on version 1.16.0.63 while I am on version 1.16.0.64? And I lost all my characters and my texture pack. I had at least 3 texture pack and 4 or 5 character pack ... I would like to know why I lost
    everything? However, I paid for my texture and character pack with money! So why withdraw me for more than $ 45!

    I have install and uninstall Beta several times. And each time I don't have my packs ... Help someone...

    I have been playing the game since 2017 and each year I bought a texture and character pack. And I never had a problem. But this time, it's huge, because I lost everything I paid for.

    Hi there I had a similar issue. What helped me was removing my account and readding it again. If this does not help then you can try clearing the cache data if you are unsure how to do this all you do is hold the power button on your xbox for 15 seconds
    or until it powers down wait 30 seconds then power it back on. If this does not help try doing a soft reset by choosing to keep games and apps. If this fails I am unsure of what else to try. Hope something helps and hope you are safe and well in these crazy
