    I reported a major security issue on the 13th December which many people replied to having experienced the same issue.

    Over 5 months later and with the issue not being fixed a MS agent has just closed it. Here is the original post from 13th December 2019:

    I'm on the ps4 and I've logged in with my Microsoft account to link it and it's signed me into someone else's xbox account.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    So i found out that when i used my skype account linking the minecraft ps4 account microsoft made a gamer tag for me and once i realized this i just went ahead and changed it. I assumed it would use my playstation gamer tag . It didnt tell me that it would
    be making one for me and it didnt even give me the option at the time to make my own. So once i logged into the microsoft account and looked at the xbox account stuff there was the odd gamer tag

    I am having this SAME ISSUE. Now I'm in an infinite loop of going to the https://aka.ms/remoteconnect and putting in the code. Then it says "Oops! Looks like this account is already connected" bs error message and then it shows the gamertag that isn't
    mine! I'm pretty pissed that this issue still has not been fixed. I am currently trying to get ahold of SOMEONE at Microsoft about it but it has been the equivalent to pulling teeth.
