  1. Minecraft Bedrock worlds disappeared. :(

So... A few weeks ago I was going to Ohio for an event, and I was disconnected from the internet, so I decided to play some Minecraft. But when I went back online my screen showed "would you like to keep all your data (worlds mine coins etc) on your Microsoft account? Or this device?" I selected my Microsoft account and now all my worlds are just gone not even deleted, just completely disappeared without a trace. This is the second time this has happened. Could anyone help me?

(I have already tried right-clicking on the worlds folder and there were no previous versions.)

    Mc V. 1.17.10

    :)

    Minecraft Bedrock worlds disappeared. :(

Hello Vladislav, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

Usually all Minecraft worlds you own are saved locally on your PC's hard drive. However, they are well hidden in separate folders and subfolders. So to get access to your your lost worlds, you'll first need to to into the Minecraft hidden folder.

    Here are the steps to guide you;

1 – Navigate to Windows Start, type %appdata% and hit Enter

2 – Go to \roaming.minecraft\saves. Here you’ll find the folders where the game saved your worlds. Note that each of your worlds are stored in separate folders.

3 – Open up the folder for the world you want to restore

4 – Right-click on an empty area and select Properties

5 – Select the Previous version tab to list all the Minecraft world folders that got deleted

6 – Select the folder you’re want to restore and click Restore to recover it.

7 – Launch Minecraft, click on the menu and you should see the world you just restored on there.

    Minecraft Bedrock worlds disappeared. :(

I am terribly sorry for responding this late, I had a lot of school work that I had to do before the 15th of September, about the worlds, I am pretty sure that the instructions that you gave me are for java worlds only. I tried that and nothing happened. (I am on Minecraft bedrock)

Can i transfer worlds from ps4 to xbox series s ?

You can use the Minecraft Realms standard or try the steps below first when transferring worlds.

In Minecraft (Bedrock Version), select the Sync Old Worlds button at the bottom of the worlds list in the Play menu. This finds any worlds on the device from the Minecraft: PS4 Edition and displays them below the button.

Select any of the worlds that are displayed to convert it to the Bedrock edition.

After conversion, the world will show up above the Sync Old Worlds button, along with the rest of your Bedrock worlds.

I uninstalled Minecraft and I can now see the world on my world list but whenever I try to edit or load the world it says “Failed to sync world data the world is not fully synced or has been corrupted try playing the world on a console where it’s in a good state and try migrating it again”

Hi, Nick! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Minecraft Bedrock world that disappears from your account. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

Please try to follow these steps. Make sure to close any games and applications before proceeding.

Ensure that you are on the most recent version of the Xbox app and the Game

Microsoft Store app > Downloads > Get updates/Update all

Ensure that you have updated your PC to the most recent version of Windows, including optional updates

PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install

Open the Xbox app on PC > (the game) >Manage > Files > Verify and Repair

Sign Out of Your Accounts (Xbox App and Microsoft Store App):

Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

Repeat the same process for the Xbox App
