    Minecraft bedrock updating past 1.17.1


    My game wont update past 1.17.1, does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried everything. I looked at my hardware and it says its "up to date." I've deleted the game, and re-downloaded it at least 4 times and it has not updated past 1.17.1. (caves and cliffs mini update) if anyone knows how to fix this please assist me.

    Since you have already checked and there is no update for the game on your device you will be needing to reach out to Mojang so they can check and validate it for you.

    1.17 has a new OpenGL requirement. Try updating your graphics driver. If that does not work, download your latest graphics driver (even if you just updated it), uninstall the graphics driver, then reinstall it using the file you downloaded. If your graphics card isn’t old, it should be able to support latest OpenGL requirement.

    If that still fails, your CPU might not be able to support the new OpenGL requirement.
