    Minecraft (bedrock) stuck at "Syncing user data"


    I'm running Bedrock version 1.14..30, have 10 worlds, one of which bumps out into 300+MB. For past week, when trying to run the game after the Mojang and Minecraft screens, it gets stuck at the "Syncing user data. This may take a few moments." I have tried
    waiting for 2 hours of moments -- nothing. If I try cancel, the Syncing box goes away and I get to look at the slowly rotating Minecraft panorama, no menu, no anything.

    I have restarted the console. I have cleared the cache. I went off network and cleared my local saved games. I have done a full factory reset (not popular with my daughter), after which it struggled to finally get to the menu screen. It told me that the
    300+MB world was corrupted, but let me play on another world. The next day, ALL of my remaining worlds were corrupted. Since then, I can't get past the "Syncing user data" screen.

    I am unable to go over to a friends house to try on their system at this point in time, but my daughter has no problem running Minecraft on this same box. Anyone have ideas?

    hey man, i had the same exact problem. i fixed it completely on accident. here is what i did.

    1. sign out of your xbox account

    2. open minecraft

    3. AFTER opening minecraft sign in to minecraft

    4. enjoy!
