Minecraft Bedrock Skin Packs Disappearing?

All my texture packs and skin pack disappeared and there not in my purchase history is there any way to fix this?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with using certain texture and skin packs in your Minecraft game.

At times these require to be updated and thus in order to use them, you will need to update them, which will seem very similar to downloading them. This sometimes occurs if you have not launched your game in some time or if you recently removed your profile.

However, there is a section that you can view in the Minecraft in-game Marketplace that will allow you to see your skin and texture packs labeled as "My Packs". You should be able to view your content here since you purchased them by using
Minecoins in-game.

If you are still unable to see your packs this way, you may need to
remove and re-add your profile or perhaps even
re-install your game.

Except that even when we do everything you suggested the packs we have are still missing a minimum of 50% of their content. Both the 3rd and 4th Birthday packs (PS4) content is completely gone. The number of skins in each pack went from in the 30s to mid
teens causing the best skins of from said packs to vanish.

There is content that players have paid for which has been removed from the game and no amount of "have you tried turning it off then on again?" is going to solve. When are we getting either a fix or at the very least some sort of explanation that isn't "you're
doing it wrong"? Clearly, we the players aren't.
